Free Modbus Library for Small Microcontrollers: Petit Modbus
« on: November 30, 2016, 11:50:29 am »
This is my Modbus RTU library for small microcontrollers. It supports 3-6 and 16 messages. Easy to use, easy to port!

Language is Turkish but you can also use github (English) for this library.

What does your library offer compared to existing free Modbus libraries?

Did you see my codes? I think it is very easy to port to your project.
I used some modbus libraries 5-6 years ago and they are very big and not easy to use. After that I wrote my own Modbus Library.

By the way, this is not complete modbus library, be careful about that. It only support 3-6 and 16 command set.
But you know, modbus libraries has to support all functions about registers and cells.

I use my own modbus libraries for 4-5 years and then I realized, I commonly use 3-6-16 functions. After that, I though about to delete other cells and registers functions into my libraries. At the end of this job, Petit Modbus appeared.

I use this library into STM8/STM32/Atmega Series/PIC/dsPIC/LPCxx/NEC/RENESAS/ST7/MSP430/MSP432 series without problem.
