Please be more specific. Do you mean bypassing SD interface and accessing NAND directly on test pads? Do you have pinout? Or want to find it with LA?

I want to pinout through LA
using a microsd usb adapter to power the monolithic microsd

At what step are you now?
In general you need to do this:
- solder thin wires to all test pads of microsd (better use some board and pins to make the things robust, as on picture)
- connect them to LA
- configure LA to trigger on any edge, highest sample speed
- power on the microsd - the controller part will start accessing the nand part, producing bus activity that will be captured by LA
- study the dump to identify individual nand signals (you can post the dump here so the community can help you with this)

I connected the microsd with adapter, and LA probes, are they correct?

when I plug it in the usb adapter, with the LA probes I do not read any signals, i set LA with internal clock, sample rate at 6KS / s and trigger on auto

It’s a bit hard to see, but looks like you didn’t connected GND probe of LA to MicroSD’s ground.
6KS/s is tooo slow for this bus, try 50MS/s or even higher.
Don’t forget to set the correct logic threshold levels (try something around 1V).
Set trigger type to "rising or falling edge", try selecting different channels as trigger (some test pads can be static, they will give no trigger).

I strongly recommend you attaching all these things to some kind of board with 2.54mm pin headers for LA probes. Entire process is not fast, you’ll need to reconnect the cardreader many times (thus moving the wires with a risk of disconnection), it’s easy to get lost which channel was connected to which pin etc. Spending some time on a good fixture will save both time and nerves later.

I tried to do all you suggested, but I only find 0 or 1 static on all pins, what can it depend on?

Is the MicroSD alive? Or it’s a dead card and you want to recover some data from it?
If it’s alive - try reading some file from it with LA attached - this will produce some bus traffic for sure.
If it’s dead card for recovery - the controller part can be totally dead, so you need a working card of the same type for these experiments.

I was able to read the signals when I write on the microsd, but how do I set LA and read those of when it initialize?
