IP stack for using in Microblaze..

Just wondering if any of you good folks have any experience with various IP stacks in Microblaze.    I see a lot is done with FreeRTOS and LWIP..   Im interested if anyone has done FreeRTOS/TCP-IP in Microblaze.   ( and if there are any performance improvements)
