Lattice Diamod software. How to download?

Hello to everyone.
This is my first post in EEVBlog and want to learn more about CPLDs and FPGAs. I found Lattice MachX02 in video blog used to drive led matrix and i was like... I wanna replicate this...But sometimes Murphy's law kicks you from behind. I'm not sure if I do something wrong or they have problem with web page... It seems to be not possible to download their software. If anyone have experience please share because $50 are going in a trashcan.

Seems like this is the way to do it, tell us what specifically fails if it doesn't:

1. Go to http://www.latticesemi.com/en/Products/DesignSoftwareAndIP/FPGAandLDS/LatticeDiamond.aspx
2. Click the "Downloads" tab
3. Click whichever OS/version you need
4. Go through the account creation process, etc etc

The same.  Page Not Found.

Every time I click on Diamond 3.2 64-bit for Windows I'm getting this message. Allows me to download only Linux Installers MD5 Checksums 3.2 and documentation. And download tab is missing.

But you need to click the download tab to see the download link??? In any case, Download tab >> "Diamond 3.2 64-bit for Windows" takes me to a login page.

You should probably report this issue to the website feedback.

RS20 Yep!  Feedback was given. Try to create account and  download something.

My mistake. There is a download tab. It is missing checkbox to select the version.

Last time I checked the feedback form to report broken things was broken. 

But emailing them for downloads / trial licenses works.

So you are saying there is no free version for hobbyists!!??    Maybe was bad idea to start with lattice semi.

What I'm saying is that their website was a bit broken last time I used it. What I'm also saying is that you can request the free license for free, by sending them an email at zero cost. After which you will receive a license for free. Also, it doesn't cost anything.

Thanks a lot for attention. I'm gonna wait day or two before sending another e-mail.  I hope their products are not buggy like the web site.

You'll need
- Lattice website user account
- Physical MAC address (12-digit hexadecimal value)

To get your MAC address in windows, open a command Prompt and type:
ipconfig /all

Or open your local area connection icon, click on the support tab and then click on details.

BTW what browser are you using?

Contact form didn't work last time. And based on another thread this wasn't a one time occurence.

Yeah, that's the one that also didn't work last time. In several browsers.

But the OP sent an email, so it'll get sorted.

Update: Just checked it, and lic_admn@latticesemi.com is indeed what I used to get a license.
