Lattice MachXO2-4000 QFN-84

Hei,

I just saw that a new package variant for the lcmxo2-400 is available, at least it is listed on the website. http://www.latticesemi.com/en/Products/FPGAandCPLD/MachXO2.aspx

But apart from that I see no reference on either a distributor or on DIamond.

Have someone seen something ?

At Digikey now. It's a dual-row QFN package, tough to solder by hand!
