They overdid Russian Elbrus 2000, which just runs x86 (in addition to its native instruction set).

It also look like it is not a native execution, but a run-time binary translation, same as Elbrus.

I don't know Elbrus, I was thinking that probably they added some instructions
that helps the emulation of x86 and arm
and I was wondering if it comes from some technology made by IBM
(Lenovo-china is  ~IBM, ain't it?)

Lenovo bought IBM's PC and later System X server business. Do not confuse this with CPU design+manufacturing.
