LWmesh support for AT86RF215

Good day all,

I'm wondering if anyone has any intel on whether Atmel / Microchip will release a LWmesh compatible PHY driver for the AT86RF215 radio?  I was really hoping it might be there when I updated to studio 7 but I see very little in terms of example code for the 215.  Just the chat application and the phy drivers look to have a pretty different structure. 

I've really just taken a first glance at this but has anyone undertaken to replace the RF233 with the 215 in their application?  If so how did that go?

I have no real information on the subject, but AT86RF215 targets a very different market, so I doubt there will be an official port.

It should not be that hard to make your own port, if you start with a standalone version of LwMesh. If you are stuck with ASF, then good luck with that.
