This product is End Of Life for several years now, so only chance to get it is NOS parts.
Be careful for the source, as you are not able to check, if the device you buy is really empty or programmed already.
There may a chance at the RENESAS distributors, but quite low. There is also a litte chance as the RENESAS technical product support.
But even, if you get one "new" device, do you have the program code to program it?
Or is it still possible to read out the PROM content of the old device?
