Open-BLDC, ESC controller for brushless motor
« on: September 14, 2013, 10:48:31 am »
The project Open-BLDC is a good stat up, unfortunately their PCB are too complicated for hobbies. Wandering if someone has realized and sold these, or similar solution.

Do you know an open hardware & software Esc Controller ?

Allegro makes BLDC controller chips. You read the datasheet, choose suitable MOSFETs and build. I made one some time ago capable of 100A/phase -> http://www.circuitsathome.com/diy-2/advanced-brushless-dc-motor-controller
With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine - RFC1925
