Problem with another Mega32

On another Mega32 the clock fuses was setted wrong : RC Oscillator 8-12 Mhz external . I don't know how to reverse this :(
I put a external clock from my mega32 and the software who was in flash is working good , but my programmer can't connect to it ...

Some fuses can be set/cleared in a running system via Atmel's ISP programming; however, some require high voltage programming with the reset line disconnected. The Atmel AVR Dragon, MiniPro TL866CS, or any of several clone HV programmers sold on Ebay can all do this for you, but it may just be cheaper and more convenient for you to throw out that chip and buy a new one.

This is exactly why I bought AVR Dragon.
Screwed up too many fuses with dodgy cheap ISP programmers for it to pay for itself in saved chips...
I have soldered a ZIF socket to it and made a few PCB adapters that connect the right pins for chips I use most to avoid the (mis)wiring...
Good enough is the enemy of the best.

If you drive the clock externally with, say 1 MHz, you shouldn't have problem programming it. Remember that the clock have to be at least 4 times higher than the ISP frequency. If all fails, you can check this: http://hackaday.com/2010/05/17/magically-repair-avr-chips/

I solved the problem ! I used a external RC oscillator (that from datasheet of mega32) with 22 pF cap and 50 KOhm resistor . I put the ISP frequency to 7 KHz and the Clock generator to 180 KHz . I put the default clock 1 MHz and now is working fine !

You need high voltage programming only if you have disabled serial programming or disabled the reset pin functionality.
