program/flash a bios chip '32M-BIT SERIAL FLASH MEMORY WITH DUAL AND QUAD SPI'

Hy all,
I have this old laptop hp pro book 5320m,got it from a carboot sale for 3 quids,and it doesn't turn on.After some research on the web fund out that this laptop have a common fault:the bios chip.So I need to put a new chip with la latest version of bios.The problem is I can't find out a programmer for my 25Q32BVSIG-32M-BIT SERIAL FLASH MEMORY WITH DUAL AND QUAD SPI chip.Any ideas will be much appreciate.Thanks.

Search for W25Q32BV. It's a common flash type, and should be supported by most programmers (eg. Flashrom with a Bus Pirate).
