anyone knows if this can deliver itself 5v in reset pin ?
i have a problem in a circuit. it starts only sometimes. when it sarts i have 5v in reset. when 0v in reset this is not starting.
when i lift pin 140 always i have 5v on board with reset signals from another parts.  but with lifted pin only sometimes i have 5v reset. is any condition on processor to lift 5v in reset?
