Sam9n11 External Memory intilization

Hello Everyone ,
so I'm using a custom made board that uses Atmel SAM9N11 with a LPDDR external memory, and I'm having a problem with this  memory initialization, i tried to modify  TCL files and Applets associated with it , but it still won't work and give  an error message of "External Memory initialization failed". any one have an idea to solve this problem??!!
