SAMD21 bare metal programming (without ASF or Atmel Start)

I've tried to use ASF and Start. The examples work fine. However I haven't been able to complete any project with them.
Therefore, I decided to start programming without them. Fortunately, there are a lot of definitions already built in in Atmel studio. However, I have struggled finding information on how to do it.
Finally I've been able to find something and I thought that maybe other people might like to read it.
