What is it you need to do? Please more details - it is hard to advise when your questions are so open ended :)

But CC1310 is a sub 1GHz chip with a low power ARM M3 processor on board

The MPS430F5529 is "just" a low power Micro controller - I guess? You are using a TI MPS430F5529 LaunchPad?

So if you have them as 2 different entities apart that need to communicate - you need a sub 1GHz interface on the MPS430. You can get CC1310 modules - and launch pad adaptor so you put a CC1310 module on top of the MPS430 Dev board. You could if your CC1310 is one launchpad - and you just need to talk to it - get a CC110L "boosterpack" for the MPS430.

launchPad with MSP430F5529 has the GPS and i have two CC1310 one is TX and the other RX ( the two CC1310 they are taking to each other send the data from TX to RX with particular range ) what i want the launchPad with MSP430F5529 communicate with the CC1310 TX to upload the GPS date or send it whatever.

I can't directly answer the question, but this course looks like it might be handy to learn how to interface them; it uses similar boards I think.

If you're already using UART to communicate between two CC1310s, then why can't you just use another UART to talk to the MSP430?  I don't understand where the complication is.

they are communicating wirelessly with each other with particular range.

That's a very important detail you've left out of your post.  We need specifics...what kind of data throughput do you need?  What range?  Are there obstacles in between them?

let me make this clear. i have GPS working with MSP430F5529 ( first device). also, i have another device with two CC1310 working with grove LCD to show to me the coordinate. i sat up one of the CC1310 as TX to send data to the other CC1310 Rx. what i want is the TX i need it to be work with the MSP430F5529 to send the GPS coordinate to the RX. the range i am getting now is 300 meters. the major thing is how can i let launchPad with MSP430F5529 communicate with CC1310 launchPad

Wirelessly, you can't, as is; you'd have to add something to the F5529 to do wireless.

But will that launchpad be next to the CC1310 transmitter? Why not connect those two by UART? For that matter, why not connect your GPS module to the CC1310 directly and drop the F5529 entirely?

We still need more details about what you're trying to accomplish to give solid advice; what are the constraints? Is there a reason you're using 3 separate devices? What GPS module are you using? What kind of data rate does it require?
