STM32F469 problem with LCD windows using BSP_LCD_SetLayerWindow
« on: December 09, 2016, 12:42:21 am »
The forum over at ST.com is pretty much worthless so I thought maybe I would get some help here.

I am using an STM32F469 disco with display and trying to put up a window on the foreground where the user will be about to use an on-screen keyboard to enter numbers.  I have the 2nd layer displaying ok and I want to do a window because I only need about half the screen so I am calling BSP_LCD_SetLayerWindow(10,10,200,200) which creates a nice window with my fill color.  Anything that I try to display in that window gets stretched both horizontally and vertically. I've played around with various sequences, etc, tried setting different window sizes, etc. all with the same results.

Any help?

Thanks.

Jerry

Thanks for looking but this project just got canned because the STM32F469 touch screen has horrible linearity.  Draw a straight line and it turns into a wave.  Anybody else notice this?
