STM32G series ?

Hi, I have heard rumours of a new STM32G series coming out.
Rumours have it that it is a new Cortex M0 (+?) ultra low power controller, anybody has something concrete/substantial to share about this new microcontroller?

I think, no one STM32G have. It can be misprint: G key near to F
Or may be somebody misunderstood the name of one development board like STM3220G

There's the STM32H7 series, which is just a Cortex-M7 at double the clock rate of the STM32F7.

Not quite just that. 

And we have plenty of STM32G0 parts and kits long available at work. They are even available at distributors for some time.

An there are other very interesting lines currently in deveelopment (working samples already available for us), however I can't talk about these yet.

What I'm interested about is the ~ pricing @1000pcs for STM32WB.
Even at the Electronica they weren't at liberty to discuss that and I find it rather odd.

I am definitely fan of 48+ MHz M0+ devices, but I am missing USB module here. I also dislike mentioning USB on the top of the datasheet, and than it is followed by all online distributors search engines, when it is related only to existing "power supply by USB" option.

Really? Would be interested in a 32-bit MCU running at up to 400MHz with a power consumption of about 10µA/MHz. Is that coming soon?

Im hoping that since the Fo->G0 series went from the 180nm-> 90nm, that the future "G4" series will go from 90nm (i think thats what they use..?) down to the 28m, FD-SOI tech that ST has been working on for the last age.
That would be great for super low power consumption, and higher clock speeds.

STM32H7 looks interesting, but expensive.

Have a look at the H750, low flash part intended to be used with external flash (eg qspi). But if you are looking at using an H7 then QSPI is a pretty logical step and a much cheaper way to get large amounts of program space without paying for the pricey on chip flash.

can you tell if they are going to release cortex R stuff, too?
(see TI hercules or NXP S32S24)
(MPC/SPC series is approaching the end of the longevity program, while NXP is releasing new MPC5 parts along with the S32, recent marketing material from ST propose the SPC5 line for lawn mowers or other simple veichels.. I would guess that they are too moving to Cortex R for newer high performance automotive MCUs)

i think is nothing particulary secret, ST guys talk about it during seminars. However i can't still find nothing official on the ST website.

A lot of companies get prototypes for testing and developing about 2 years before an official product launch, depending on the test outcomes.

I know all of it, but can't tell ya. I would get fucked. Wait until about end of april or May. Itll get released if it wont be postponed due to some later silicon bug fixing.
But.. it is a very good improvement in some ways but has quirks as typical with STM32 portfolio

G0 is a boring  MCU I don't even know or can't tell the target use for, but G4 I can tell pretty well right know, what it'll be god for. Unfortunately, development of G4 is plagued by silicon bugs, so the event of publication may get delays (which I'd say is almost for sure). The original date was April, but I already know that might not happen at all. Which is sad, as (not only) I am already looking forward for G4 for like two years already? The development is just slow & compliacted

G0 seams to be replacement of F0 and G3 as you say for F3. Then what do L5 replace? F4?
