Switchable TMDS Terminations

Hello everyone,

I'm designing a dev. board with a Spartan 6 FPGA and I want to use the same pins for receive and transmit. Because the receivers need an off-chip 50Ohm termination to +3V3, and if I use the same pins for input and output, I need to make it switchable. I placed two 0402 size resistor arrays to the bottom side of the FPGA (TQFP-144) with short stubs. Can I use a small P MOSFET for switch right next to the resistors?
