Hello all,
Since last two days, I am trying to program My Atmel AT89C5130 through USB using Atmel Flip programmer software. And I have installed Usbautolaunch.exe (from Atmel) as per installation guide to detect USB device. Though, continuously getting "USB not recognized" error from windows and "Usb device descriptor failed " error in windows Device manager is stopping me to program the microcontroller. Please suggest solution.

Regards,
Sangar

Same question? https://www.eevblog.com/forum/microcontrollers/how-to-program-at89c5130-microcontroller-through-atmel-'flip-3-4-7-'/

Is this by chance a homework assignment from some university? If so, maybe they have experience programming these obsolete boards.
