Hello everybody. I've been watching the show for a while now, but I had never been to the forums before. I decided to sign up, because I think somebody here might be able to help me with his or her expertise.
So I'm checking out some insulin pumps to see what processor they use, and I was wondering if you could help me out with this one. I'm attaching a picture of the IC. I'm not even sure if this is an ASIC, a preprogrammed MCU, or what.
What do you think?
(I'm sorry if this is not the correct forum section. Please point me out to the correct one, if that is the case)
Thanks in advance!

Based on the package markings, I'm guessing it's a Hitachi (now Renesas) H8/3067 (http://www.renesas.eu/products/mpumcu/h8/h8300h/h83067/index.jsp) microcontroller.
