Xilinx Legacy (1990s) Software

i have a bunch of 18 5.25" 1.2mb original xilinx floppies all labelled with XACT, XACT 2000, 3000 & 4000 all with various things on like ADI v3.14, DS502 Installer, XCHECKER, PPR v1.1, Tutorials, XDM v2.2, XDE v4.12. They all seem to date from around 1990/1991

before i throw them in the bin, does anyone think it worthwhile creating a copy of them?

One disk was not readable during the copy, it was titled 'Silos Simulator v4.02 Interface And Models v4.10'
