Hi guys,

Does anyone know how i can find the datasheet for BCM54220B0KFBG from broadcom. it is a ethernet PHY ic in SABRE reference design of NXP

No chance unless your an OEM and sign multiple contracts, I have never known a company as bad as Broadcom for making it very difficult to get data, I try to avoid using them wherever possible for that reason alone.
