For whatever reason, those SD card adapters for the C64 seem to be a German thing? Most of the relevant links Google found are pointing to German websites or forums.
This guy has a history of about 12 generations of MMC and SD card adapters (in German, but Google Translate should make it digestible): http://www.pitsch.de/stuff/mmc2iec/ (http://www.pitsch.de/stuff/mmc2iec/)
The most recent homebrew version from user "Shadowolf", which seems to be the basis for the commercial product, is discussed in a looong forum thread here -- again requires translation from German:

The PCB design files (Eagle) for that version are here. But I haven't seen the µC firmware at first glance; I'm sure there are links in the above forum thread.

I'd recommend building a Pi1541 instead. 100% compatible true drive emulation https://cbm-pi1541.firebaseapp.com/ SD2IEC is not compatible with all disks.
