Understanding the circuit action

Hello Sir,

I am getting trouble in the switching problem on my device power OFF action.

Take a look this circuit and help me.

V_BAT_OUT is 3.52 volt, VIN is nearly 4 volt.
The schematics says,

When this circuit gets power from battery  V_BAT_OUT
1. PWR_KEY is High,
2.  firmware check PWR_IND signal
3. PWR_KEY is pressed on few moments
4. MCU_RST pin will be LOW, that PWR_HOLD as HIGH.

but when, VIN is in action

1. PWR_KEY is LOW,
2. firmware check the PWR_IND signal
3. PWR_KEY is release on few moments
4. MCU_RST pin will be high, that PWR_HOLD as LOW.

In VIN action mode, in  maximum temperature, the base of  DTC304 giving Higher voltage!! :-//

Can you describe the circuit well,

Why the diode acts strange is high temperature?
How the 3 network in base of DTC304 is performing ?
Do you suggest any simulation, how could we control these MCU signal on it?

When you say "high/maximum temperature", what range do you mean?

Thank you to respond in this flow.
This circuit has been tested at room temperature and for checking the performance it has taken 60 degree C that is Maximum temperature.  I think diodes are reacting for leakage current  and something happend for current source that raises voltage  against resistors.
