Good first effort.
Your framing and focus was good. Lighting on the close-up was excellent. Wide shot lighting was OK, but I might have made things a tiny bit brighter (not a big issue). (Just re-watched .. and it was more the background that I was noticing - so not something to worry about.)
Shots of scope and SA were certainly clear enough for the purpose. If I were to say they weren't as crisp as I might prefer, I'd be being a bit picky and a little disrespectful of the CRT displays. (We get digitally spoiled too much.)
Audio was also quite good (but somehow that did not come as much of a surprise). Vocal clarity was more than adequate. The only criticism would be a few too many 'Ums' and 'Ahs' - but that will be a matter of building up a level of confidence - which will come with time.
The only thing that I did find a little 'indistinct' was the discussion using the circuit diagram. Three things here:
* The Sharpie is just too big to indicate accurately and covers too much of the diagram. I'd suggest a pen or a pointer.
* Second, it seemed to be 'waving in the air' on a few occasions, not pointing to anything in particular - with the dialogue being similarly non specific. I felt this detracted from the clarity - but that may just be me.
* I felt that a couple of notes made on the circuit diagram - like arrows, voltages or whatever - could have helped at a couple of points. Perhaps make a sacrificial copy - or take up the recently introduced DaveCad feature of a clear plastic sheet in front and use a fine whiteboard marker. (Just a thought.)
The image resolution was a little on the low side - but again, we do get digitally spoiled. I daresay this could be addressed by a better camera - but such an expense is probably going to be something to look at a bit further down the track.
Remember .... this is just my off-the-cuff opinion. Don't lose any sleep over it.
Bottom line: Loved the subject matter - and encourage you to do more!
