Why use the Saleae brand for something that is using neither their software nor hardware?

Why use the Saleae brand for something that is using neither their software nor hardware?

Nitpicking much? I am sure you are well aware that these are actually clones of the original Saleae Logic device and work with their software.  If it wasn't marketed as such nobody would buy it (most people have no idea what Sigrok is).

title should read tested : sigrock on a cypress based usb data streamer.
a logic analyzer it most certainly it is not.
