Reprofiler and SoftwarePolicy updates

For anyone using these, I've just posted updates to Reprofiler and SSRP.  The main changes are concerned with Windows 10 feature compatibility, esp with packaged apps. You can get them from Sourceforge or our site. Reprofiler can now swap profiles between Windows 10 user accounts as well as reattaching to the original.

The way of handling packaged apps is non-ideal as it does reduce security, however it's the only approach known to work so far. I have one or two ideas to check-out in this respect.

If you're not using Windows 10 there is no specific need to update.
