Last episode we had a battered-down vintage drill. Here I show how to test the armature for continuity and short-circuited turns. The goal is to assess the need for a new winding. I also show how you can "build" an improvised growler, which you'll need to test for short-circuits, spending little money. I hope I can share with you a few things I learned.
