Who was the Electronics Blogger that makes the large sculptures

IIRC he had his own reflow oven,
and made the large hanging sculptures (hanging in a mall) that consisted of SMD Led's and Shift registers on Large PCB Arcs, that plugged together,
I think he also did a large Display on the outside of a Macys or something like that.

I have been wracking my brain trying to remember who it was.
