1.2V diode?
«

I'm making a circuit where I want a 1.1-1.2V drop. Obviously I could use 2 standard diodes, but I looked for a single part and have not found anything. The lowest zener I could find is 3.3V. A TL431A is 2.5V.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
have you considered using a double diode. That is two diodes in one package like the BAV99W, there are many others.

This will have a temperature coefficient of about -4mV/C.
You could also look at a red or IR LED. (also not very good tempco.)
There are shunt references available. Look for LM385-1.2

Thanks. Hadn't heard of either the bav99 or lm385.

It really does depend how much current you're going to be pushing through it.
This one looks like ~1.25v @ 10mA

High voltage diodes tend to have high Vf
