I need an Atmel /TFK U2008B IC for a speed control application.
Anyone Knows where can i Buy this ics from a reputable source, even in Ebay.
I bought two from Polida2008 and they dont work as expected , and probably where fakes or where salvaged parts with defects.
Anyone has photos of the original markings of this ics(From Telefunken/Tfk) to compare?
