ATX PSU mod to charge Boat/RV battery bank @ 13.6vdc 40a

I know there have been instructables and various other ATX PSU mod to charge Boat/RV battery bank @ 13.6vdc 40a...

But, I have not found one with Constant Current (charge current limiting) that will lower the output voltage / limiit output current within the PSU's 12v rail capabilities.  I'm thinking a current shunt -> feedback circuit that outputs to the PSU's voltage sense wire.

Any suggestions?
