Please find attached a simulation file for LTSpice for a bootstrapped unity(0.985) gain buffer. It's not original as noted in the readme.txt, but comes from a great source Steve Roach/Jim Williams and is worth noting.

I should have mentioned that linearity appears good also, for a 6vp-p sine wave at 10MHz the next highest harmonic is -74db from the fundamental.
