Can I use this cable for my project ?
« on: February 20, 2018, 12:51:44 am »
The project is to test my kit build oscilloscope, a DSO 138.
Of course I need some test waves and I am using  wave form generator software on my android tablet.
Its set at 440hz as I am going to use this equipment in an audio system.
So, I need a cable to get from my Android to the scope so I was gonna use this one, the red lead.
Will that work correctly ?
And now on to the scope settings.
I dont know where to start. Normally I just start changing settings until the wave form looks recognizeable.
Could you give me what your starting settings would be for the scope ?

And many thanks.

Set DSO138 for -

1 mS/div sweep rate
1V/div vertical
Auto sweep mode
Vertical mode AC
Trigger 0V
