Collaboration software
« on: January 21, 2017, 05:06:40 am »
Our company's primary business is in the building automation industry. The controllers we use in the industry use a programming language called Control-BASIC that is modeled after Basic. We have experienced difficulties in training employees in the Control-BASIC language due to our business being conducted over multiple job sites which limits our senior programmers being readily available to provide one on one training to the junior, less experienced, programmers. We are looking for internet based collaboration software that can be used by our employees while spread amongst various sites. Is there software available that would allow multiple users to collaborate in real time with an employee on a site that requires assistance? The software would essentially have to allow multiple users to see and control the programs running on the PC of the employee requiring assistance.
