Do you expect we hand you schematic on a silver platter while showing just a low resolution image without telling actual model and what it is at all?

I didn't take it apart.
I turned it on.

The only stupid question is, well, most of them...

Save a fuse...Blow an electrician.

Setting aside you looking for schematics that are probably private to some company, that looks nothing like an HDMI splitter. It only has one HDMI port and a keyboard input.

It's not a HDMI splitter.
It is a LVDS LCD controller.

Its one of those things you buy on eBay to (re-)use laptops displays with HDMI(and also VGA and DVI variants existing), its almost a breakout pcb for the middle chip, and by the symbol it appears to be made by Realtek.
There is also a programming interface, some eBay vendors ask for the specific lcd/panel model so they program the right program/definitions so it works out of the box.
