Help Identifying a Chip (FET from a Motor Driver)
« on: December 07, 2017, 04:50:10 PM »
Hello all,
I was needing some help identifying a SMD FET that is on a Motor Driver Board.

The Markings are:
6500
GA6F1T

And it has an "A" Logo inside a Circle that I couldn't identify.

A&O semiconductor
SIGSEGV is inevitable if you try to talk more than you know. If I say gibberish, keep in mind that my license plate is SIGSEGV.
