Help with Electrolytic cap testing esr circuit

I have some electrolytics i want to test , and some 555 ic,s kicking about.
Anyone have a relativly simple circuit for a ESR tester using 555, want to use also in conjunction with a scope

Hi, I note you ask more for ESR so here is a rather neat design that should suffice. You dont need a scope. Cant get much simpler and surprisingly accurate.
