IC package/footprint cross reference

This is driving me crazy.  A few weeks ago I stumbled across a website that had an extensive cross reference of IPC/JEDEC/EITA footprint designations along with a lot of the bastardized/homegrown names various manufacturers use for otherwise standard footprints.  This would be immensely helpful as I attempt to clean up my Altium libraries (and just to have in general), but I'll be buggered if I can find it again.  Anyone by chance have anything like that?

Maybe the PCB libraries LP Viewer 5.00 from the IPC can help.
