Identify this PCB/Manufacturer mark

I have a PCB - I'm trying to figure out who made it (see pics).
It has a mark I've seen before but google sleuthing didn't come up with much. I'm not sure if this mark is a quality/spec marking or the actual manufacturers mark.
If you think you know the marking any insight would be great.
