how is the interface between the stm32f103rbt and cdb4344 ?

I dont know how to canect pin togethers.
mcu does not have i2s

You can't connect that DAC to an STM32F103 since it does not have I2S. Get a chip with I2S.
However, you could emulate single channel I2S using SPI and bit banging. With ST a SPI frame is limited to 16 bit.
Success not guaranteed.
