Junction Temperature
« on: July 21, 2017, 03:09:13 pm »
Hi,

I have been trying to calculate the junction temperature of some automotive high side switches by infineon and i couldn't find any theta (?j) in the Datasheet.

Following are Part Numbers:
1. BTS6163DAUMA1
2. BTS740S2XUMA1
3. BTT62004EMAXUMA1

Is there any other way to calculate the junction temperature and heat resistance ?

Thanks

Well, your first part has the info, I assume the rest do too (in the datasheet) ???

cheers,
george.
