« on: October 20, 2018, 05:43:47 am »
Hi,
I am designing PCB in kicad. I am trying to change the via pad bit same as IC pin's pad. I didn't get success. i googled but no similar searches.

Here is in picture, i want to make PAD 1 same as PAD 2.

To translate your request into clear English, you want to make your via have a big oval/rounded rectangular pad rather than the small circular one?

You can look up online how to change via pad and drill sizes, I'm not sure if a via can be made oval though.

make a single-pad footprint with the shape you want (oval) and use that instead of a via?
if you want your schematic-netlist-pcb to match up I guess that means you would ad a schematic symbol where you want your via-footprint..
