Low size and Cheap Half bridge mosft driver

Hi,
I wanted to build my Speed controller for my quad, I wanted to know if you happen to know some small sized and reasonabley priced ones in mind, something with the Highside voltage of more than 25V and capable of more than 600ma would be nice, I want something at least half the size of a soic8 package.

Any hints?
