Please suggest a 2 cell Li-Ion battery protection IC

Hello,
I would like to design PCM for 2 cel Li-Ion battery pack. Here are the required features for PCM.
1)Over Charge Protection, 2)Over Discharge Protection, 3)Over Current Protection , 4)Short Circuit Protection.

Can someone suggest me protection IC for 2 Cell Li Ion Battery Pack? I am unable to find ICs from good manufacturers like TI and Maxim.

Please help me in this regard.

It’s overkill, but TI BQ4050 does protection, balance and Coulomb count.
