Layout Advice for PoE / GB Ethernet

Hi all, first post here and happy to join!

I'm working on a space constrained design. This PCB has GB PHY, Pulse H6062NL magnetics, a Silvertel Ag9900 PoE module and a DC-DC converter. Can anyone offer some design advice for the best way to split the gnd plane and pours here on this 4 layer PCB?

The via stitching under the around the PoE module is for thermal management. I cutout the GND pours on the top/bottom where the high voltage components reside.
