ULN2003A alternative with short circuit protection

Does anyone have any IC recommendations for a 6 channel lamp driver, like a ULN2003A, but with built in short circuit protection?

It needs..
- 24V output operation
- 6 outputs (more is ok)
- 200mA+ open collector sink ability (only one channel at a time)
- Built in protection from outputs shorted to 24V

Any ideas?

I used a 4 channel one from On Semi (I think) a while ago.  The prefix was AMIS I think.  Might be other similar ones?

EDIT: I think it was source only, not sink now that I think of it, but may be worth checking On Semi anyway.

I found the NCV7240 which does what i want but it's only available in 2k qty from digikey/mouser.
