It is a pretty interesting schematics, needs some elaboration however, therefore let us continue here.
The voltage and current could be set via DACs easily.

Transient with switching Rload 10ohm/1ohm, Cload made of 3 capacitors, Vout=15V, current limit=2A, OP27.

Stability with OP27. A perfect oscillator. Phase margin close to 0deg.
Interestingly in transient with the Iload switching 1.5A/15A there are no oscillation visible. Hmm.

Constant load 5ohm, switching Vset 0.5/2.0V for Vout 5V/20V while I_limit is 2A. Nice, except a small transient at the rising edge of the Vout and I(R_Load).
