More info what you want to use it for and why the Chinese ones don't fit your need would be give a better idea what might suit you most...

Doing BGA rework myself for think almost 10 years now using an Infrared BGA Rework station, which I really like.
Probably has some disadvantages compared to hot air but also (more for me) advantages, which I really like.

Not saying you should go for IR.
When I got mine, hot air BGA rework stations where hard to find and very expensive.
IR was affordable, fitted my budget so went for it.
Now I got so used to work with it I don't see a reason to change.

Some BGA Rework Stations I like and would consider if I had the budget:

Think I might consider this:

Finetech, very expensive:

Air Vac:

Pace:

High end IR machines examples:

https://pdr-rework.com

Above machines are all made/designed (I think) by those firms themselves. Prices +25K, Fintech +50K, Air Vac probably higher.
Then there are others like Manncorp, Precision pcb and probably some more selling (re)branded machines.

If you go for one of the above brands, ask a demo with a machine for what you want to use it for. Let them see how it performs/works for your application. Or better, you play with it too

Kee us posted maybe?

Finetech equipment is very good - we had one in a previous job and it was fantastic.
Pace is well regarded, but as expensive I think, if not more.

One thing you have to consider is the component placement and inspection features. That makes a huge difference.

Another option to consider - ATCO bga rework station https://www.atco-us.com/products/at-gdp-smd-bga-placement-rework-stations .  If you are dealing with fine pitch or ultra fine pitch parts, placement precision is an important parameter.  If you have coarse pitch parts, less precise units will work since surface tension of molten solder will pull the parts in place even if they are somewhat offset.
