What are those components?

I am doing a reverse engineer project but I can't find what these components are.
Does someone know a good methode to find out what they are?

The components have the folowing text on it:

IC #1 = 7HUH


IC #2 = AAPQ

[Zero999]

What does the board do and can you post complete pictures of it, showing the components around the parts in question?

I had some luck Googling for the 7HUH part, but not so much for the AAPQ.

AAPQ apears to be MAX6826SUT but in sot23-6 package, yours seems to miss one pin for that...
